Maggie is passionate about breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and substance use and helping make quality mental health care more accessible within the community. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), she brings experience working with individuals across a variety of ages, backgrounds, and concerns in both individual and group therapy settings.
Maggie takes an individualized, collaborative approach to counseling, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, person-centered therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She believes that every person’s journey is unique and that meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted.
Maggie strives to meet clients where they are, creating a safe and supportive space where they can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and work toward the goals that matter most to them. She views her role as a guide and partner in the therapeutic process, helping clients develop the insight, skills, and confidence needed to create lasting change.
