I graduated from Walden University with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2024. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques into my work with adolescent and adult clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Psychodynamic Theory.
While working with children and younger clients, I use several forms of play such as games, role play, art/ coloring.
