I work with a variety of cleints with the following being the main struggles: Depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem and substance use issues. I work with men and women over 20. I will take clients with other needs as long as I have knowledge in their struggles. I prefer in person appointments, and will do online if that is the only option.
I am a licensed therapist in both substance and mental health. I have done trainings in DBT, DBT-PE, CPT, Anger management, CCTP, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I am an IDSP approved therapist as well.
I am a client centered therapist and meet clients where they are at. I am genuine and kind. I love finding behavioral and thought patterns and working with the client to see them. I am passionate in my work and love to learn along the way. I own my imperfections and will practice and use skills in office with clients so they can learn.
