With over 20 years of clinical and operational leadership, I specialize in architecting systems of healing that bridge the gap between high-level organizational excellence and transformative, trauma-informed care. As a Clinical Leader and Systems Architect, my focus is on helping both individuals and organizations move beyond survival-driven behaviors to achieve sustainable resilience and authentic stability.
My work spans from mastering OBH and Joint Commission compliance to implementing evidence-based curricula for high-acuity populations. By collaborating extensively with judicial, academic, and healthcare partners, I ensure a cohesive continuum of care that maintains clinical integrity within complex legal and medical systems.
As an LPC-S & LAC credentialed supervisor, I am equally dedicated to the growth of clinicians. I provide master level mentorship that emphasizes “Authentic Self” leadership, specifically designed to reduce burnout and enhance professional effectiveness.
My clinical approach integrates intensive, evidence-based modalities, including DBT, CPT, CBT, IFS, and Somatic Experiencing.
