About Lindsay DeHaan
Whether you’re supporting everyone else or breaking old family patterns, you don’t have to do it alone. I help adults, young adults, and other mental health professionals who are feeling emotionally drained, anxious, or disconnected begin to feel grounded and in control again.
Many of my clients are helpers: Therapists, nurses, teachers, and parents; People who care deeply for others but rarely give themselves the same care. Others come from families where stress and emotional pain have quietly passed down for generations, and they’re ready to stop the cycle.
In therapy, we use EMDR and evidence-based approaches to help your mind and body work together again. My style is warm, steady, and collaborative. I believe growth happens when you feel understood, not judged. Together, we’ll process what’s been weighing on you and build the tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.
Outside of sessions, I’m grounded by time outdoors, cycling, and reading; Things that remind me to slow down and stay present, just as I encourage my clients to do.
