You might feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted from navigating a world that doesn’t always make space for who you are. Maybe you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, or past trauma, or feel like you have to mask parts of yourself to fit in. I work with tweens (12+), teens, and adults, and I especially love supporting LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent clients, and college students. I see therapy as gently untangling a knot together. It isn’t about forcing it apart or fixing who you are, but slowing down and approaching each piece with curiosity and compassion so you can move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
I focus on depression, trauma, and anxiety, with affirming support for neurodivergence and identity exploration. Some sessions we talk through what’s weighing on you; others we get creative with art and hands-on activities. I adapt to how you communicate and process. In person in Broomfield, CO or virtually anywhere in Colorado.
My experience spans domestic violence shelters, residential treatment, school-based prevention and advocacy, and outpatient mental health. That work, especially in domestic violence advocacy and residential treatment, shaped my trauma-informed, person-centered approach. Outside the therapy room, my partner and I share our home with two dogs and four cats who mean the world to me. I also love tattoos, music, art, and staying active.
You don’t have to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. Therapy isn’t about fixing you, because you aren’t broken. My hope is that you leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, more self-compassion, and the confidence to show up authentically. Wherever you are in your journey, I’d love to hear from you.
