About Lauren Nash
Hello! My name is Lauren. My goal is to provide you a safe and warm place to process and work through different difficulties in life. Everyone’s story and path is unique, which is why I provide an approach to therapy that is holistic and uses several different therapeutic approaches. We will work together to find what is most effective and helpful for you. My passion is working with pregnancy and postpartum transitions, infertility, women’s issues, self-esteem, faith challenges, trauma, family of origin issues, and relationship difficulties. Making the decision to seek out help in any area of your life is not a small one. I am dedicated to helping you work on developing new coping skills and learn how to navigate and better manage the hardships you face. Your thoughts, feelings, and experiences matter, and I am here to walk alongside you while we work to improve your quality of life.
