Lauren works with individuals ages 5 and up and has experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including those navigating trauma, neurodiversity, identity, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.

Lauren specializes in trauma and has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, autism spectrum concerns, eating disorders, sensory processing, gender and sexual identity, LGBTQIA+ concerns, chronic medical conditions, and behavioral and developmental challenges. She has a particular interest in helping children and families who have experienced trauma or complex emotional and behavioral concerns.
Treatment approaches:
Lauren uses a person-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to therapy. She incorporates art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Neuro-Somatic Integration, sensory integration, psychoeducation, and other creative and experiential interventions. She is also trained in Brainspotting and draws on humor and creativity to help clients connect with themselves and their experiences.

Lauren believes that clients are the experts in their own lives and prioritizes authenticity, collaboration, and a nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship. She meets clients where they are and works alongside them to create an individualized approach that supports their goals and quality of life. Clients can expect a safe, trauma-informed space where they can explore their experiences, develop self-compassion, and discover tools that work for them.

Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is trained in Brainspotting Phase 1 and Psychological First Aid.
