Krystal Walton III, MA, is a Registered Mental Health Therapist who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, substance use concerns, and life transitions. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trinity International University and provides compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Krystal has experience supporting individuals facing complex and co-occurring mental health concerns, including trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, attachment difficulties, stress, and loss. Her therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and rooted in creating a safe space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow.
She utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, psychodynamic therapy, and person-centered interventions. Faith-based counseling can also be incorporated upon request.
Krystal is passionate about helping clients build healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and move toward emotional healing and personal growth. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys volunteering, spending time with loved ones, prioritizing self-care, and creative expression through fashion.
