Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical, intimidating, or heavy all the time. I believe real healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to explore, and empowered enough to grow. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
I work primarily with adult women and individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from who they used to be. Together, we focus on building insight, learning practical skills, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.
How I Help
My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and evidence-based, blending mind-body awareness with practical tools you can use in everyday life. I draw from therapies including CBT, ACT, CPT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices, always tailoring treatment to your unique needs, values, and goals.
In our work together, we may focus on:
Understanding how past experiences and trauma show up in the present
Developing skills to manage anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
Strengthening self-esteem and self-compassion
Improving communication and relationship patterns
Processing grief, loss, and life transitions
Reconnecting with your sense of identity, purpose, and inner resilience
Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. I believe you are the expert on your own life — my role is to offer guidance, insight, and tools that help you move forward with intention.

My Background
I bring over a decade of clinical experience working in outpatient mental health and substance use settings, including individual and group therapy. I’ve worked with clients at all stages of healing — from crisis stabilization to long-term growth — and have supported individuals involved with CPS, probation, and complex systems of care.
This experience has shaped my belief that healing is not linear, and that progress looks different for everyone. I focus on meeting clients where they are and helping them move at a pace that feels both safe and empowering.
What You Can Expect
Clients often describe my style as calm, grounding, and compassionate, with a balance of validation and gentle challenge. Sessions are conversational and intentional — a space where you can breathe, reflect, and build tools that actually work in real life.
I value authenticity and believe humor can be an important part of healing, even when the work is deep. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan — just a willingness to show up.
