About Kiara Whittier

Life can feel overwhelming at any age, and you don’t have to navigate the hard stuff alone. Kiara works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, providing a welcoming and supportive space where clients can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves.

Kiara believes therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. Whether helping a child learn to understand big emotions, supporting a teen through the challenges of growing up, working with an adult navigating relationships, anxiety, stress, trauma, or life transitions, or helping an older adult adjust to changes and new seasons of life, treatment is tailored to each person’s individual needs, strengths, and goals.

With a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, Kiara focuses on building a genuine connection with clients while helping them develop practical tools, greater self-awareness, and confidence in their ability to handle life’s challenges. Therapy can include serious conversations, new perspectives, skill building, and—when appropriate—a little humor along the way.
