About Kelsey Sacker
Kelsey believes that meaningful therapy starts by meeting every client where they are. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, she focuses on the unique world of children and adolescents, blending play-based and strength-based techniques to help them navigate the hurdles of growing up. Recognizing that a young person truly thrives when their entire family system is supported, Kelsey works with families as a whole to foster the communication and resilience necessary for lasting healing in an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming space.
Kelsey specializes in: Anxiety, depression, ADHD, academic stress, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and LGBTQIA+ identity development.
