I believe that healing happens when we feel safe enough to show up as our authentic selves. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) certified therapist, I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences, building self-understanding, and creating meaningful change. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and committed to providing a therapeutic space where all identities are welcomed, respected, and supported. I bring this lens into my work with individuals and couples as they explore identity, relationships, and personal growth. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person already possesses strengths that can help guide their healing journey. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including strengths-based, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based practices, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
My professional background includes both outpatient and school-based mental health settings, where I have supported children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating emotional, behavioral, relational, and life challenges. This experience has given me a deep appreciation for the ways our environments, relationships, and life experiences shape our well-being. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, burnout, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I am especially passionate about working with individuals and couples impacted by pregnancy loss, infertility, perinatal mental health challenges, domestic violence, and other traumatic experiences. Whether supporting an individual, couple, or family, I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they move toward healing, growth, deeper connection, and a more fulfilling life.
