Keira Fuller, PLPC, is a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental therapist who believes that therapy can be the first step toward creating a more fulfilling and meaningful life. With over five years of experience working in mental health care, Keira has had the opportunity to support teens and adults navigating a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and other mental health concerns. Throughout her experience in inpatient psychiatric treatment and substance use rehabilitation settings, Keira has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of experiences. These experiences have shaped her belief that feeling understood, respected, and accepted is an important part of the therapeutic process. Inclusivity and creating a space where clients can feel comfortable being their authentic selves are cornerstones of her practice.
Keira primarily uses a Person-Centered approach, recognizing that every individual brings their own strengths, experiences, and perspective into the therapy room. She believes there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy and strives to meet each client where they are, adapting her approach and utilizing techniques that best fit their individual needs and goals. Keira’s goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where clients can explore their experiences, recognize their strengths, develop greater insight, and navigate life’s challenges at their own pace. She brings understanding, flexibility, authenticity, and a genuine desire to help clients feel supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feel ready for something to change, Keira is here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you. Together, you can build a foundation for lasting change and take the next step toward the life you want to create.
