Welcome! It takes courage to ask for help and something that shouldn’t go unrecognized. I am a compassionate therapist with a passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges. My primary goal is to empower my clients to lead fulfilling lives. Together, we will work towards building resilience, fostering enhancing overall well-being. I primarily come from an integrative approach with a Person Centered foundation, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Multicultural Counseling, and Mindfulness. I am passionate about providing a safe space for clients, and working alongside them as they express themselves.
I have clinical experience working with preteens, teens, young adults, and adults. Additionally I have worked with individuals with needs such as Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Self Esteem, cultural issues, Interpersonal Relationship Issues, and various other needs.
