About Kayla Wright
Kayla is a Licensed Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s transitions with dignity, encouragement, and kindness. With experience supporting children, adults facing severe mental health challenges, and individuals experiencing homelessness, she brings a grounded and compassionate perspective to every session.
Kayla earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Wright State University in 2021, followed by her Master of Social Work from Cleveland State University in 2025. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). She strives to create a non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and empowered to realize their own resilience.
Driven by a desire to see people return to an authentic “good norm,” Kayla provides the support needed for clients to become their best selves. Outside the office, she is a homebody who finds joy in reading, gaming, and expressing her love language through cooking and sharing great meals.
