Hi, I’m Kayla, a therapist who believes that therapy is a space where you should feel safe, heard, understood, and supported. I’m passionate about walking alongside children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change.
My clinical areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, crisis support, sexual trauma, family concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I take an individualized, compassionate approach to therapy and believe that every person has their own story, strengths, and needs. My goal is to create a safe environment where children and adolescents can express themselves openly while helping families build stronger, healthier connections.
I believe you don’t have to navigate difficult seasons alone. Whether you’re working through something that feels overwhelming, trying to better understand yourself or your child, or simply looking for support through a new chapter, I’m here to meet you where you are. Together, we can identify your strengths, work through challenges, and build the skills and confidence needed to help you feel more like yourself.
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me with a good book, attending a group Pilates class, or spending time with my favorite four-legged companion. I’m a huge dog lover and believe that life is always a little better with a dog by your side!
