Katrina views people as whole beings, shaped not only by their individual experiences, but also by their relationships, communities, cultures, and identities. She believes every person’s voice deserves to be heard and every individual deserves to be met with compassion, care and respect. Grounded in a social justice framework and informed by her research on adolescent resiliency, Katrina is passionate about creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, supported, understood, and empowered.
Katrina is interested in working with individuals of all ages and has experience working with children (K–6), teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and family difficulties. She values autonomy, safety, compassion, and collaboration while using an integrated approach that incorporates evidence-based techniques to foster healing, empowerment, and growth.
Katrina believes that meaningful change is possible through commitment, reflection, and direction. She welcomes conversations around faith, identity, expectations, and doubt, and enjoys incorporating each client’s needs, values, and worldview into the therapeutic process. Her hope is to help clients find meaning, make positive changes, deepen self-understanding, and experience a greater sense of freedom and wholeness.
It is a privilege for Katrina to walk alongside each client as they navigate their own path toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
