I believe in co-creating a person-centered, safe, and transformative space in session for clients to learn deeply about and advocate for themselves. Going to therapy, and being ready for change is an act of bravery. I hope to support you through the challenge and the honor of getting to know yourself deeply, and feeling your feelings fully. I work with adults, couples, and families through a variety of life challenges – including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, family conflict, complex trauma, substance use, infidelity, LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, and more.
My work is trauma informed and social justice oriented. I draw from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness approaches. My approach is also holistic: your mental, environmental, physical, and social health are all connected.
I hope our work will allow you to trust yourself deeply, and to give you the confidence to make changes and set boundaries in your life. Every person has an inner wisdom, an inner voice that has perhaps gone ignored. With gentleness and curiousity, I hope we can find and listen to that voice together.
