Hi, I’m a warm and compassionate therapist with more than 10 years of experience helping children, teens, young adults, adults, and families navigate some of life’s most difficult moments. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself—whether you’re 8 or 48.
I have extensive experience working with children and families, including those impacted by trauma, abuse, neglect, foster care, and family reunification. I understand that children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling, which is why I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), art, and play therapy to help them express themselves, build coping skills, and feel more confident. I also work closely with parents and families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and create positive change at home.
My work also extends to adults and couples facing deeply personal life experiences. I provide compassionate support to couples navigating infertility and have a special interest in helping individuals cope with the death of a spouse or partner. Grief can change so much about how life feels, and my goal is to provide a space where you can process your loss at your own pace while gradually rebuilding hope and finding strength.
My style is caring, down-to-earth, and often a little fun when appropriate. I believe there is room for both difficult emotions and moments of laughter in therapy. Most importantly, I want you to know that your feelings and experiences matter.
Whether you’re looking for support for your child, your family, your relationship, or yourself, you don’t have to navigate the difficult parts of life alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you and help you or your family feel stronger, more connected, and hopeful about what comes next.
Outside of the therapy room, I love being outdoors—especially kayaking and ATVing—and spending time at home with my kids and pets.
