Kaitlyn is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor who earned her Master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to live authentically and develop coping strategies that align with their unique experiences and values.
Kaitlyn has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, providing a safe, supportive space where clients can explore and process the full range of their emotions. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and believes that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s needs.
Using a person-centered approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Kaitlyn works alongside her clients to build insight, foster resilience, and support meaningful growth. Her goal is to help clients navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, self-understanding, and emotional well-being.
Outside of her clinical work, Kaitlyn enjoys reading, watching football, and starting her day with a good cup of coffee.
