I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe and understood to make sense of your experiences. I enjoy working with children as young as three, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate identity, self-discovery, relationships, and the many transitions that come with growing and changing. You may be questioning who you are or what you believe, trying to understand your emotions or reactions, or noticing patterns in yourself and your relationships that you want to explore more deeply.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, attachment-informed, trauma-informed, and wholistic. I believe in tailoring the therapeutic model to each client for their individual. We will explore your past experiences, beliefs, relationships, and attachment patterns that may have shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you.
Most importantly, I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can be curious towards yourself without judgement. Whether you are working through a difficult transition, exploring your identity, navigating anxiety or depression, or trying to understand patterns in your relationships, you do not have to navigate it alone.
