Hello, there! I am Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and I help people feel heard and supported as they pursue meaningful change and navigate life’s challenges. I am a licensed mobile crisis clinician with experience helping people with trauma, motivation, adult ADHD, loneliness, sudden life changes, and the uncertainty of living a full life. As a counseling intern, I use humor, curiosity, and warmth with both adults and children, tailoring therapeutic techniques to meet each person’s unique needs. Through empathic listening and collaboration, I help clients draw on their strengths and insights as they navigate the changing waters of life.
