I believe healing can happen through connection, creativity, mindfulness, and the freedom to express yourself beyond words.
I take an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy, incorporating art therapy and mindfulness to help children, adolescents, and young adults explore their emotions, understand their experiences, and reconnect with their sense of self. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, eating disorders, and chronic health challenges.
For me, art is not about being “good” at creating—it’s about having another way to explore, process, and make meaning of what you’re experiencing. I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you can show up as you are, explore what feels difficult, and discover your own strengths and possibilities for healing.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy creating art, spending time with friends and family, and finding inspiration in nature through hiking and skiing.
