Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should be a place where you—or your child—can feel comfortable, understood, and supported without fear of judgment. I know that reaching out for help can sometimes feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make that first step a little easier by creating a warm, welcoming space where you can truly be yourself.
I work with children, young adults, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), school refusal, neurodivergence, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Whether you’re a parent concerned about your child’s well-being, a young adult feeling overwhelmed by life’s expectations, or someone struggling with anxiety or unwanted thoughts, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
With experience in community mental health, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and family support services, I understand that everyone’s challenges and experiences are different. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized to you and your goals.
I incorporate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). For clients struggling with OCD or anxiety, ERP can be especially helpful in learning to face fears, manage distress, and break free from patterns that may be interfering with everyday life.
When working with children and families, I focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening communication, developing practical coping skills, and helping everyone feel more connected and confident. I believe therapy should provide tools that make a real difference not just during our sessions, but at home, at school, and in everyday life.
My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, build resilience, and feel more empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as we work toward meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy golfing, getting creative with crafts, spending time running around with my dog, and getting lost in a good puzzle!
