Taking the first step toward therapy can feel like a lot, especially when you’re carrying the weight of life’s many responsibilities. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to move toward meaningful change.
When life becomes overwhelming you might find yourself struggling with anxiety, feeling emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns of people-pleasing or a depletion of self worth. You might be facing a major life transition, adjusting to parenthood, coping with trauma, or trying to balance everything all at once. Whatever you’re facing, we will work through it together.
My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and comfortable space where you can show up exactly as yourself. We will work together to explore the challenges you’re facing, build on your existing strengths, and develop practical tools to help you move toward.
I work with young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship and communication concerns, parenting stress, postpartum adjustments, trauma, and life transitions. I also enjoy supporting parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, individuals on the autism spectrum seeking to strengthen social and emotional skills, and those exploring career direction and personal growth.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. Through these modalities I help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and build greater confidence and resilience.
Seeking support is a sign of strength and an it’s an investment in yourself. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for something different, I will be with you every step of the way.
