Jeffrey is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is passionate about supporting individuals, families, and couples through life’s challenges. He will work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing compassionate care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, stress, autism, and relationship difficulties. Jeffrey also offers couples and family counseling, as well as play therapy for younger clients.
Jeffrey will take a thoughtful, individualized approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based and relational modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and client-centered therapy. When working with families and couples, he integrates Bowenian, Structural, and Strategic family therapy techniques to strengthen communication, improve relationships, and foster healthier dynamics.
He has received specialized training in DIRFloortime Therapy, a play-based approach that supports emotional and developmental growth, and holds a basic certification in this model. Jeffrey strives to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and motivated to make meaningful and lasting change.
