About Jamie Lough
Jamie’s career path has taken her from pre-school teacher, to mortgage loan servicing, to nannying, to property management, and finally to therapy. She received her master’s degree from Augusta University at the age of forty. She has been working as a therapist in Augusta, Georgia for four and a half years and recently relocated to Pittsburgh.
Jamie has an eclectic and client-centered approach to a multitude of disorders including trauma, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Some of the modalities she employs include ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Jamie enjoys working with clients of all age groups and is a strong LGBTQIA2S+ ally.
