Jalen Washington, LAMFT, LPC, leads Ellie Mental Health’s Woodbridge, NJ clinic as Clinical Director, with a clear mission: expanding equitable access to care for people who’ve historically had the hardest time getting it. Offering individual, couples, and family therapy, Jalen works primarily with survivors of sexual abuse, couples, and men’s mental health, using CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based approaches in a culturally responsive, LGBTQ+ affirming practice.
