Jackie Fields is a therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, deepen their self-awareness, and reconnect with what matters most to them. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. Jackie takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relational therapy to create a supportive and collaborative space for growth.
Jackie specializes in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, attachment concerns, grief, and the complexities of neurodivergence. She believes healing happens through a combination of insight, practical coping skills, and a strong therapeutic relationship. By helping clients explore patterns, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with their values, she supports them in creating meaningful and lasting change.
Her mission is to walk alongside clients as they process difficult experiences, cultivate self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling. Jackie strives to provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be fully themselves while exploring new possibilities for healing and growth.
