Jack earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina and Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Villanova University. He has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in various settings, including Division-I college athletics, outpatient behavioral health/substance use counseling, and community-based outreach.
Jack is passionate about fostering a nonjudgmental environment where men feel comfortable expressing themselves without holding back. He emphasizes the importance of earning his clients’ trust through consistency and effort. Although Jack’s expertise is men’s mental health, he is excited to work with clients of all identities. Everybody deserves somebody to talk to.
Jack is a newer clinician who is continuously developing and improving his skills with evidence-based practices, thus far utilizing Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He is experienced with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, addiction, ADHD, relationships, and life stressors.
Jack is an avid sports fan, a beach bum, and an old soul.
