Isha Battu is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions, providing a supportive environment where they feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.
Isha believes therapy is a collaborative process that helps clients better understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences, and build the confidence to create meaningful, fulfilling lives. She recognizes that every individual is unique and tailors her approach to each client’s strengths, goals, and needs.
Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and individualized, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapy, Motivational Interviewing, person-centered therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
