About Isabelle Grace
Hi, I’m Izzy! I’m a recent graduate of the Master of Social Work program at Merrimack College. I have experience working with children and adolescents and am passionate about supporting young people as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.
I take a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy and incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, build coping skills, and work toward their goals. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and valued for their unique strengths and experiences.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and running.
