Hi, I’m Isabel! I’m a warm and compassionate therapist who enjoys working with children, teens, and adults at all stages of life. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, navigating anxiety, or working through relationships or past experiences, I’m here to support you in making sense of things and finding a way forward.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Cognitive Science from Rutgers University and my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University. I’m also a Certified Trauma Professional, and I take a collaborative, flexible approach to therapy—meeting you where you are and working together in a way that feels right for you.
As a Latina therapist from a biracial Hispanic background, I care deeply about creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. I have experience working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, as well as children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), using a developmentally relationship-based and play therapy approach to support connection and growth.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be yourself without judgment, while also feeling supported to grow. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want.
