Hi, I’m Holly! I enjoy working individually with teens (16+) and adults. I am passionate about fostering a warm, collaborative environment that encourages trust, honesty, and individual agency. I use an integrated Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach to help my clients achieve their goals, be kinder to themselves, and learn to be more flexible with change and adversity. I have experience working with a variety of clients in several different settings, but primarily work with clients to manage anxiety, avoidance, grief, shame, chronic pain, and disability. I make it my goal to create an environment and therapeutic relationship where my clients feel safe and seen.I would love to work alongside you to help you live in alignment with your values and live authentically.
