About Helen Stritzel
Helen holds a bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN. Helen prioritizes the client-therapist relationship in treatment while also using evidence-based techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Helen practices from an attachment-based perspective and uses empathy, humor, and creativity to support clients in achieving their goals. She has additional training in OCD treatment from the NOCD Academy.
