I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. My journey in the mental health field has been deeply rooted in supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. With experience in domestic violence crisis intervention and community mental health, I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, empowering them to reclaim their sense of self and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
