Hannah is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and specializes in perinatal mental health. She also integrates techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
