Hannah is committed to helping individuals navigate life’s changes and discover their inner strengths. She specializes in mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders. Hannah also has experience addressing self-harm, suicidal thoughts/behaviors, difficulties with emotion regulation/lack of coping skills, and interpersonal relationship issues. Through a collaborative and non-judgmental therapeutic alliance, Hannah empowers clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and facilitating positive change.
Hannah’s therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness techniques, and ACT, which she tailors to meet the unique needs/goals of each client. Hannah knows it can be challenging to take this next step, so she brings authenticity and humor into sessions.
Hannah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has been practicing since 2022. She received her Master of Social Work from Aurora University in 2020 and a dual Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Indiana Tech. In her free time she enjoys attending concerts, watching Wisconsin sports, being outside, and spending time with her family.
