Hi, I’m Hannah!
I am a therapist in private practice dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change. My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, women’s issues, anger management, stress management, and personality disorders. With the specializations I received certificates for Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist and Women’s Mental Health Specialist.
I believe that each client is the expert on their own life. My role is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, develop new skills, and move toward becoming your most authentic self.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals. My work incorporates mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), reality therapy, and humor when appropriate, creating a therapeutic environment that is both effective and welcoming.
