About Greg Adelstein
Greg Adelstein, Psy.D., Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (2006) and received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in 2011. Greg has over 15 years of experience working with teens and adults moving past their struggles with addiction, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. Greg worked in substance abuse treatment centers for 10 years, and then switching over to work with students, ages 5-18, in the school system. Greg knows how overwhelming life can be, so he provides a safe, comfortable environment for his patients. Greg is knowledgeable in evidenced based practices, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution focused therapy (SFT).
In his free time, he enjoys exercising, spending time with his wife, daughters, family and friends, and playing with his mini-goldendoodle.
