Beverly, MA 01915
I earned my Master of Social Work from Boston University and has experience providing outpatient and community-based mental health services to adolescents and adults. I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and self-esteem challenges. I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and develop practical skills that support lasting change.
I believes therapy is most effective when it is built on trust, collaboration, and authenticity. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and working toward meaningful goals. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions, while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults and is committed to ongoing professional growth.
