You may be carrying the weight of family expectations, cultural pressures, painful experiences, or relationships that leave you feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. Therapy offers a place to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you have been carrying.
I’m Fiona, an Associate Clinical Social Worker and a first-generation Iranian-Armenian woman. I work with adults and families navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, life transitions, and complex family dynamics. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore every part of who you are without feeling that you need to minimize or explain your experiences.
Together, we will build on your strengths, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to move toward the changes you want. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with attention to the important connection between mind and body.
I understand that culture, family, identity, and larger systems can shape how we experience distress and healing. I will adapt our work to your needs while offering compassion, curiosity, and honest support. You do not have to carry everything alone. I would be honored to listen, support you, and help you move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
