Hi, I’m a therapist who believes healing isn’t just about talking, it’s about understanding your whole self. Mind, body, culture, relationships… it all matters.
I work with individual adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from themselves, their partners, or the life they want. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and build a path forward that feels doable.
My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused techniques, while also integrating a holistic lens that considers your physical health, lifestyle, and emotional well-being.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in pharmacy, which gives me a unique understanding of psychopharmacology and how mental and physical health intersect. I also bring experience as a diet coach, helping clients connect how nutrition, stress, and mood all influence each other.
💬 How I Help
I support clients in:
• Managing anxiety, panic, and overthinking
• Working through depression and mood disorders
• Healing from trauma and PTSD
• Navigating relationship, premarital, and marital concerns
• Building self-esteem and confidence
• Coping with life transitions, grief, and identity changes
• Supporting women’s mental health, postpartum, and emotional balance
I also work with ADHD, OCD, chronic pain, and neurodivergence—helping you build practical tools for daily life.
🌍 A Space Where You Feel Understood
As someone who is fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Russian, I deeply value cultural identity and lived experience. Therapy should feel like a place where you don’t have to explain or translate who you are—you can just be.
Whether you’re navigating multicultural relationships, blended families, or feeling caught between identities, I bring a nonjudgmental, inclusive perspective to our work together.
❤️ What Therapy Feels Like with Me
Clients often describe my style as warm, collaborative, and empowering. We’ll explore patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change—but we’ll also keep it real. Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or overly clinical. It can feel like a conversation where you’re finally heard.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. You just need to show up.
