Ermelinda is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She is passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Ermelinda believes therapy should be a collaborative, judgment-free space where clients feel safe to show up authentically and work toward meaningful change. She uses an eclectic, person-centered, trauma-informed approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet each client’s unique needs.
Outside of work, Ermelinda enjoys thrifting, reading, practicing yoga, and spending time with loved ones.
