I believe therapy should be a space where you can be yourself without judgment. I have been in the mental health field actively for over five years with individual, family, and group care. I take a person-centered approach, meeting you where you are while helping you better understand patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical skills to create meaningful change in your life.
I am DBT-trained and provide culturally responsive care tailored to each person’s individual needs and experiences. I have worked closely within the LGBTQ+ community and strive to make meaningful rapport.
