About Erika Wormeley

Erika has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Currently, she sees individuals and couples, focusing on how to navigate the challenges of complicated and nuanced lives. With a holistic approach to therapy, she tries to help clients see their patterns and adjust them, courageously speak their truths, and learn to love and accept the imperfect pieces of themselves. Erika believes if you could heal alone, you would have done it already. So, if you have tried your best and continue to struggle, it’s time to reach out, and Erika will meet you with support, understanding, unconditional positive regard and accountability.
Erika went to undergrad at the University of Mary Washington and has lived in the greater Fredericksburg area since graduating high school. When she is not at work you can find her outside admiring the world, growing something, reading or cooking.
