Sometimes our greatest struggles are rooted in our greatest efforts to cope. Endrysa believes that rather than focusing on what’s “wrong,” it’s important to understand the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped who you are. Through that understanding comes the opportunity for lasting change.
Endrysa is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who earned her Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Trauma Studies from Chestnut Hill College. She works with adults and older adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, identity exploration, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for lasting change.
Endrysa’s goal is to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, challenged with compassion, and accepted without judgment. She provides therapy in both English and Spanish and strives to create an environment where clients feel safe exploring every part of themselves.
Outside of the therapy room, Endrysa enjoys crocheting, reading, exploring cozy bookstores, and playing story-driven video games.
Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, work through a difficult season, or create meaningful change, Endrysa would be honored to be part of your journey.
