You might be used to being hard on yourself, replaying conversations, questioning your choices, or feeling like you should be handling things better than you are. On the outside, you may look like you’re holding everything together while feeling overwhelmed or exhausted internally. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to carry that alone.
I work with children, young adults, and adults, including first-generation and multicultural clients, as well as healthcare workers and helping professionals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and burnout, and support clients in building healthier boundaries and a stronger sense of empowerment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I take a trauma-informed approach, prioritizing a space that feels safe, supportive, and responsive to your experiences. We start with what feels most accessible, trusting that meaningful change often carries into other areas.
Clients often describe me as calm, grounded, and someone who listens. Over time, many clients have developed greater awareness of how they want to live their lives.
This is your life, and I will be here to support you as you move toward feeling more at peace.
