Emma Anderson is a compassionate mental health professional who enjoys helping children, adolescents, and families work through life’s challenges in creative and meaningful ways. She uses play therapy, games, trauma-informed approaches, and other child-friendly interventions to help clients express themselves, build coping skills, and work through difficult experiences.
As a retired military professional, Emma brings resilience, authenticity, and a strong sense of service to her work. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) at Freed-Hardeman University and continues to expand her clinical training through TF-CBT consultation and supervision toward certification and play therapy supervision as she works toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT).
Emma is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to recognize their strengths and develop skills they can carry beyond the therapy room. Outside of her professional work, Emma enjoys gardening and motorcycle riding.
